Nuria divides her time between teaching at IESE and travelling the globe advocating women in business. Her research areas are women in power, breaking the glass and cement ceilings, Work Family Balance, Corporate Family Responsibility and, of course, women in leadership. She is the only woman on Spain’s “Top Ten Management listing” (www.teptenms.com).
